Board of Directors

Our bank is managed by a dedicated team of 14 directors. The overall control and management of the bank rest with the Board of Directors, who were elected on February 26, 2010, when 13 directors were chosen. The Executive Committee was also elected unanimously. Subsequently, one additional director was co-opted by the board. During the financial year, the Board of Directors held 13 meetings to ensure effective governance and decision-making.
